These terms apply to shoppixiepress.com and to spirit wear and heat pressed apparel orders placed with PixiePress, LLC ("PixiePress," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Estimates

Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. An estimate is not a confirmed order. Orders are accepted only after confirmation by PixiePress. Pricing, availability, materials, and production schedules may change before an order is confirmed. PixiePress may decline an order at its discretion.

Digital Proof Approval

Every order includes a complimentary digital proof before production. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, artwork, colors, sizing, quantities, and other design details on your proof. Production begins after final approval. Changes requested after approval may affect price or timing.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

You are responsible for having the right to use any logo, trademark, image, or artwork you submit to us. PixiePress does not verify ownership of customer-supplied artwork. We may decline artwork that we believe may violate someone else's rights or applicable law.

Production

Production timelines vary based on order size, how quickly a proof is approved, material availability, and current production workload. Estimated completion dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

Because most of what we make is custom-produced for you, returns and refunds are reviewed case by case. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us promptly so we can look into it. We will review the circumstances and work in good faith with you to determine an appropriate resolution for legitimate production or quality concerns. PixiePress reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for each order.
